How to make 3 ingredients banana bread
This is a fast and easy version of a banana bread. This is
only 3 ingredients and you don't need eggs, butter or oil. It only takes about
ten minutes to prepare. The bread came out sweet, soft and a little chewy.
I made a lot of banana bread but I don't always have time to
make classic banana bread. I like that this version is much faster and equally
delicious. The bread is sweet and has some silence for it. It can be eaten
alone or with your favorite spread.
Ingredient
* Banana
* Increased flour
* Condensed milk
There are 3 banana bread ingredients using these ingredients
that became viral a few years ago. This is not the same recipe. I tried the
original but it turned out to be too sweet and too dense for my desire. This
version is brighter and not as sweet as.
Bananas: Make sure to use cooked or cooked bananas. Bananas
need to be mashed if not, your bread will not have enough liquid. Bananas must
be mashed in the food processor or blender until completely smooth. If you are
looking for a banana replacement, I have also made an apple bread version.
Flour that is generating: this recipe uses its own dancing
flour, which already has a baking powder added to it. If you don't have your
own flour, you can make your own using all flour, baking powder, and salt. See
the recipe card note for more details.
Confused milk: Bread is manufactured with thick milk. Be
sure to use sweetened condensed milk full of fat. Calm milk also helps tie the
bread together and create a springy texture.
How to make 3 ingredients banana bread
Add flour, pure bananas and condensed milk into a bowl. Mix
with an electrical mixer until the dough is smooth and there are no flour lumps
left. I do not recommend mixing by hand because it is very difficult to get rid
of flour lumps using only shaker. You need to use a hand mixer or a standing
mixer.
The dough is then poured into a bread pan and ready to
roast.
Easier bread recipe
* 1 ¼ cup (303 g) pure bananas
* 1 ¼ cup (156 g) flour that increases alone
* 3/4 cups (223 g) full fat condensed milk
* Heat the oven up to 350 ° F (177 ° C). Cover the 8 x 4
inch bread pan with parchment paper.
* In a large stirring bowl, add pure bananas, flour and
condensed milk. Beat with an electrical mixer until the dough is smooth and no
flour lump is left. Your dough will be thick. If you use a stand mixer, use a
wire shake attachment.
* Pour the mixture into the bread pan that has been
prepared. Bake for about minutes or until the toothpick is inserted mostly clean.
If you touch the surface of the bread and put a light pressure, it must also
rise again. Let the bread completely cold before slicing and serving.
* To make your own flour, mix 1 1/2 cup of flour
destination, 2 1/4 teaspoon baking powder and 3/8 teaspoon salt. Beat until the
combination evenly. Measure 1 1/4 cup for recipe. Don't use flour in full
quantities. You can store the remaining flour in an airtight container for
future recipes.
* Reasons for sharing a substitute for flour that raises
themselves more than what is needed for this recipe is that the amount needed
for the right recipe requires more measurements (and more space for mistakes)
and 1/16 teaspoons that are not owned by everyone. If you want to make the
right amount needed for the recipe, that's possible. The right amount you need
is 1 and 1/4 cup of flour all destinations, 1 and 7/8 teaspoon of baking powder
and 5/16 teaspoon salt.
* For the best results, use bananas that are very cooked or
cooked. Be sure to purify them in the food processor or blender until they
don't have a lump. They must have a smoothie consistency.
* This is a sweet bread similar to classic banana bread.
However, while most banana bread has a cake texture, this bread has a more
springy texture, more like ordinary bread (made with yeast).
* I suggest you mix the dough with a hand mixer or standing
mixer. Because of the lack of fat in the recipe, it is difficult for flour to
be fully mixed with only a shaker.
